STREET OUTREACH

Street Outreach teams serve people who sleep in places not meant for human habitation.

HOPES' Street Outreach teams go out several nights per week to assist people who sleep outside in places such as parks, benches, tents, their vehicles, etc. Street outreach is not a shelter and does not have rooms available. It serves people who have been unable to enter shelter or who do not want to enter shelter for whatever reason and who have no other options but to sleep outside at night. The teams provide assistance to help people stay warm and safe while on the streets and can provide connections to help them leave the streets and end their homeless situation.

Getting in Contact with the Team:

If you are sleeping outside at night and would like assistance, you can call the street outreach team phone and leave a confidential message describing your night time sleeping location or completing the street outreach referral form. The street outreach team will go to look for you at that location the next time the team is out.
