Our services.

Reaching Out.

Our STREET OUTREACH teams serve people who are unsheltered. That means people who are homeless and sleep in places note meant for human habitation, like benches, parks, abandoned buildings, woods, tents and cars.

Supporting.

PATH stands for Project for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness. Our PATH program helps people who are experiencing homelessness (or who are at risk of homelessness) and who also have a mental health challenge.

Connecting.

Our RAPID REHOUSING program helps people move out of Racine’s shelters (HALO, Women’s Resource Center, TLC) into their own apartments. We are part of the Coordinated Entry System used by the Continuum of Care for the City and County of Racine.
