Reception Volunteer Positions Now Open

Reception volunteers welcome people to HOPES, find out why they have come, and connect them to the right person. They oversee the reception area and assist people who come in to use a phone, make a copy, send a fax, use a computer, pick up mail, meet a staff member, have some coffee, or just sit and relax or talk. They are a critical part of HOPES’ office team.

Reception Volunteers serve for 3 hours per week. We are currently looking for Reception Volunteers for:

  • Wednesdays: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

  • Thursdays: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (starting September)

  • Thursdays: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

  • Fridays: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00a.m.

  • Fridays: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
